But culture also provides a means for people to assert and build their own, local identities. The city is restless and change is constant. The urban is our environment, the place where we live, breathe, work and play. And our expertise is in reaching and building relationships with consumers of urban culture.

These consumers are not defined by age, ethnicity, class, or even by postcode. They are real people, defined by attitude, mind-set and lifestyle, and especially by a connection to the culture.

It is our job to understand and even to help shape that culture, whether at a local, national or international level, and to build positive, constructive and credible dialogues and relationships.
